How long does the application take?+
The application form takes 5 minutes. Approval takes up to 24 hours. Once approved, your workspace is ready immediately — no waiting for a separate onboarding call.
Do I need an existing portfolio to apply?+
No. You can apply with zero properties. Once approved, list your first property immediately via the single listing form or Bulk CSV Importer.
What if I already have a channel manager?+
Connect it immediately after approval. ClickyTour supports Smoobu, Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify, and any platform with REST API or iCal. See Connect & Sync for the full list.
Can I add the Agent role later?+
Yes. The Agent role add-on can be activated any time after your PMC is approved — via your dashboard billing settings. You don't need to decide at application.
