I don't have a channel manager. Can I still connect?+
Yes. iCal sync is free and takes 5 minutes — no channel manager required. You can also use CSV import for your initial portfolio upload, then manage availability manually from your PMC dashboard.
Which channel managers are supported?+
ClickyTour supports connection with major channel managers including Smoobu, Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify, Rentals United, and others via API. If your provider supports iCal or REST API, it will work.
How fast does availability sync?+
Channel manager connections sync in real time (under 60 seconds). iCal sync runs every 30 minutes. CSV updates apply within 24 hours of upload.
Can I connect one property to multiple channels?+
Yes. Each property can be distributed to multiple OTAs and booking channels simultaneously. You set one availability calendar — ClickyTour distributes it everywhere.
Is the API available to all PMCs?+
