Common billing questions
Is there a free trial?+
The Starter plan is permanently free — no trial period, no credit card required. You can list up to 5 properties and use all core tools indefinitely on the free tier.
Can I change plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply from your next billing cycle. No mid-cycle refunds, but you keep access to your current tier until the cycle ends.
Is there a per-property fee?+
No. Plans are feature-based, not portfolio-based. Your cost stays flat as you grow — within your plan's property limit. Exceeding the limit prompts an automatic upgrade prompt.
What's the Agent role add-on cost?+
Agent role access (dual-role PMC+Agent) is an add-on available on Growth and Pro plans. Current pricing available in your dashboard. Agent commissions (5–15%) are separate — earned per booking.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?+
Yes. Annual billing saves 2 months (equivalent to ~16% off). Switch to annual in your billing settings at any time.
