Dual role — common questions
Can I be both a PMC and an Agent on ClickyTour?+
Yes. The dual role is a supported configuration on the core ClickyTour platform. Your PMC workspace and Agent workspace are separate dashboards within the same account — each with its own reporting and tools.
Is there an extra fee for adding the Agent role?+
Agent role access is available as an add-on to your PMC subscription. Pricing is on the Plans & Pricing page. There's no per-booking fee — just the platform subscription and your agreed commission structure.
Which property types can I book as an agent?+
All categories on the ClickyTour network: vacation rentals, long-term rentals, real estate (sales), hotels and hotel rooms, and tourism services (activities, excursions, transfers, local guides).
Does my existing PMC white-label apply to agent bookings too?+
Yes. Your white-label profile (logo, brand colors, contact info) applies to agent-generated offers as well. Your clients see one consistent brand across everything you send them.
How are commissions tracked and paid?+
Agent commissions are tracked in your Agent dashboard separately from PMC management fees. Payouts follow the same cycle — monthly, with a full breakdown per booking in your financial reports.
