Onboarding

How do I get started as a PMC on ClickyTour?+

Apply via /pmc-apply/ — takes 5 minutes. Once approved (within 24 hours), you get full access to your PMC workspace: dashboard, tools, channel sync, and the agent network.

What happens after my application is approved?+

You receive an email with your login credentials and a setup checklist. Step 1: add your first property. Step 2: configure your brand profile. Step 3: activate your preferred connection method (channel manager, iCal, or CSV).

Is there an onboarding call or guided setup?+

Yes. All new PMC accounts get a complimentary onboarding session with a ClickyTour partner specialist. Book via your dashboard within 7 days of approval.

Can I import my existing portfolio during setup?+

Yes. Use the Bulk Listing Importer (CSV) to migrate your full portfolio in one upload. Alternatively, connect your existing channel manager for automatic property sync.

Listings & Sync

How do I add a property to ClickyTour?+

Three ways: (1) Single listing form in your dashboard, (2) Bulk CSV upload via the Bulk Listing Importer, or (3) Automatic sync from your connected channel manager. All methods include approval within 24 hours.

How does availability sync work?+

Channel manager connections sync bi-directionally in real time. iCal syncs every 30 minutes. CSV imports update within 24 hours. Changes you make in your dashboard push to all connected channels automatically.

Can I manage properties from multiple owners in one account?+

Yes. Your PMC account supports unlimited owner profiles. Each property is assigned to an owner, and you can generate separate Owner Portal links and revenue statements per owner.

What happens if there's a double booking?+

ClickyTour's real-time sync prevents double bookings for channel manager connections. For iCal (30-min delay), there's a small conflict risk — the dashboard flags conflicts immediately with a resolution workflow.

Bookings & Payments

Where do I see all my bookings?+

All bookings (direct, agent, OTA) appear in your PMC Dashboard under "Bookings". Filter by property, date range, booking source, or status. Real-time updates for channel manager connections.

How do I create a manual booking or payment link?+

Use the Instant Booking Payment Link Generator — create a secure payment link for any property and date range in seconds. Share via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Payment confirmed = booking confirmed.

How are agent bookings tracked separately from direct bookings?+

Agent bookings appear in a dedicated "Agent Bookings" view with commission breakdown per booking, agent name, and payout status — fully separate from your direct booking reports.

When and how do I receive payouts?+

Payouts are processed monthly. Your Owner Revenue Statement Generator auto-calculates net amounts after management fees and expenses. Direct bank transfer to your registered account.

White-label & Agents

How does white-labeling work?+

Set up your brand profile (logo, colors, contact) once in your PMC dashboard. All white-label tools — Microsite Builder, Client Proposal Builder, No-Logo Presentation, and Custom Quote Generator — automatically use your brand. Clients never see ClickyTour branding unless you choose to show it.

Can agents book my properties without my approval?+

You control this. Set auto-approval rules (if net rate ≥ X and dates available) or require manual review per booking. You can also blacklist specific agents or restrict bookings to your preferred agents only.

What is the PMC + Agent dual role?+

PMC members can also activate the Agent role — allowing them to earn 5–15% commission on properties and services they don't manage. Separate dashboard views, same login. See /management-earn-as-agent/ for details.

Do white-label offers show my pricing or ClickyTour's rates?+

You control what's shown. The No-Logo Presentation strips all platform branding. The Custom Quote Generator shows the net rate you set. Clients see your offer, your brand, your pricing — not ClickyTour's.

Billing & Plans

What's included in the free PMC plan?+

Core tools (Dashboard, Bulk Importer, Performance Dashboard, Payment Links, Review Dashboard, Proposal Builder) + iCal sync + agent network access. See /management-help-plans-pricing/ for full tier comparison.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?+

Yes. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Upgrading gives immediate access to advanced features. Downgrading applies from the next renewal date — no mid-cycle refunds.

Is there a per-property fee?+

No per-property fee on any plan. Plans are based on features and support level — not portfolio size. This means your cost stays flat as you grow.

How does billing work for the Agent add-on?+

Agent role access is a monthly add-on to your PMC subscription. See Plans & Pricing for current rates. Agent commissions (5–15%) are separate — paid per booking, not per month.

Technical & API

Which channel managers are supported?+

Smoobu, Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify, Rentals United, and any platform with iCal or REST API support. Full channel manager list in your PMC dashboard under Connect & Sync.

Is there a REST API for custom integrations?+

Yes. Full OpenAPI spec with webhooks, rate limits, and sandbox access. API docs at /agents-api-docs/. API credentials requested from your PMC dashboard (available on applicable plans).

Can I connect my own PMS directly?+

Yes via the REST API or iCal sync. For enterprise PMS integrations (Yardi, RMS, Apaleo), contact support for a dedicated integration assessment.

What if my channel manager connection drops?+

ClickyTour monitors all connections and sends an alert within 60 minutes of a sync failure. Your dashboard shows connection health per channel. Manual override available at any time.
