Is the dashboard only for my own managed properties?+
No. As a dual-role PMC+Agent, your dashboard has two views — PMC (managed properties) and Agent (bookings you've facilitated as an agent). Each view has its own reporting and tools.
Can I track agent bookings and commissions separately?+
Yes. Agent bookings appear in a dedicated section with commission breakdown per booking, agent name, and payout status — fully separate from your PMC management fees.
How does the dashboard connect to channel managers?+
Once you connect your channel manager (via the Channel Manager settings), all availability and rate changes sync bi-directionally. Bookings from OTAs appear in your dashboard automatically.
Can multiple team members access the same dashboard?+
Yes. You can add team members with role-based access — property managers, accountants, or admins each see only what's relevant to their role.
