Who are the ClickyTour agents?+
ClickyTour agents are verified travel professionals — freelancers, tour operators, travel agencies, and real estate collaborators. They're approved through a platform vetting process before gaining access to your listings.
How does net pricing work?+
You set a net rate floor — the minimum you're willing to accept per booking. Agents see this rate and add their own margin when presenting to clients. You always earn your net rate, regardless of what the agent charges their client.
Do I need to approve each agent booking?+
You can set auto-approval rules per property (e.g., auto-confirm if net rate ≥ X and dates are available) or review each booking manually. Full control from your dashboard.
What if an agent's client cancels?+
Cancellation policies you set on the listing apply. If within the cancellation window, the net rate is protected. ClickyTour handles dispute resolution between you and the agent.
Can I restrict which agents can book my properties?+
You can set region preferences and property type filters. You can also blacklist specific agents if needed. By default, all verified network agents can book your open listings.
