Is listing really free?
Yes. There are zero setup fees, zero monthly fees, and zero listing fees. You pay only when you earn — through commission (Model A) or you set a net price (Model B) with no per-booking fee.
What is the commission range?
5–15% per confirmed booking. The exact rate depends on your service category. Rates are shown clearly during listing setup and in your dashboard.
How is Model A (platform commission) calculated?
You set your guest price. ClickyTour deducts 5–15% after a confirmed booking. Example: guest pays €100, you receive €85–€95 depending on your rate.
How does Model B (net pricing) work?
You set a net price — the amount you want to receive. Agents add their own margin and present a higher guest price. You always receive your net price, regardless of what the agent charges.
Can I combine both models?
Yes. You can have some services on commission (direct guest bookings) and others on net pricing (agent referrals). Set this per listing in your dashboard.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The only fee is the commission on Model A bookings. No monthly fee, no activation fee, no "pro" tier required to appear in search.
When are payments transferred?
Payments are processed after confirmed service delivery and transferred to your registered bank account. Timing varies by region — details in your dashboard.
What currency are payments in?
Payments are made in EUR for listings in European destinations. Other currencies may apply depending on your service location.
Is there a minimum booking value?
No minimum booking value is required. You set your own pricing — any booking that goes through ClickyTour is processed normally.
What if I want to negotiate a custom commission rate?
High-volume providers or strategic partners may be eligible for custom rates. Contact us after your listing is live to discuss options.
