How much does it cost to list my vacation rental?+
Listing is free. There are no upfront costs. We offer paid promotion tiers (Standard and Featured) for owners who want extra visibility, but the basic listing is always free.
How long does it take to go live?+
Most listings are reviewed and published within 24–48 hours of submission. Adding photos and complete details speeds up the process.
What is a white-label link?+
A white-label link is a clean URL for your property that shows no ClickyTour branding. You can share it with guests, agents, or post it on social media — it looks like your own direct booking page.
How does multi-platform sync work?+
Once connected, any booking or availability change on one platform (e.g. Airbnb) is automatically pushed to all other connected channels (Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.) in real-time. No manual updates needed.
Can I keep control of my pricing?+
Yes. You set your own rates, seasonal pricing, and minimum stays. ClickyTour never overrides your pricing decisions.
What if I want full management later?+
You can start with self-managed and switch to full management at any time. There's no lock-in period — just contact our team and we'll arrange the transition.

How do I know what my property is worth?+
We offer a free property valuation — our team reviews your property details and provides a market estimate based on location, size, condition, and comparable sales in your area. No commitment required.
How long does it take to find a buyer or tenant?+
For sales, the typical timeline is 1–6 months depending on price point and location. For long-term rental, most listings receive qualified inquiries within 2–4 weeks.
Can I list for both sale and long-term rent at the same time?+
Yes. You can list your property as "Sale or Rent" and receive inquiries for both simultaneously. You decide which offer to accept.
What is the Request Proposals feature?+
Request Proposals lets pre-screened buyers and investors submit formal purchase proposals on your property. Each proposal includes buyer profile, budget, timeline, and contact details. You choose which to pursue.
Is there exclusivity with an agent?+
No exclusivity required. You can work with multiple agents simultaneously through the ClickyTour network, or manage inquiries directly yourself.
What does the full-service package cost?+
Full-service real estate is commission-based — we only earn when your property sells or is rented. Contact us for specific rates based on your property type and location.

Is my information safe on ClickyTour?+
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored securely. Your personal contact details are never shared publicly — only with verified agents or buyers you approve.
Can I become an agent while still owning a property?+
Absolutely. Many of our most successful agents started as property owners. Adding agent status gives you access to the full marketplace and commission income on top of your own rental earnings.
