How does ClickyTour work?

ClickyTour connects guests with verified vacation rentals, services, and experiences. Browse listings, request availability, and book directly through the platform.

Is it free to use as a guest?

Yes — browsing, requesting, and getting matched is completely free for guests. You only pay when you confirm a booking.

How do I make a booking request?

Find a property or service you like, click "Request Booking" or "Guest Request", fill in your dates and details, and the host will confirm availability.

What destinations do you cover?

We focus on Greece — Mykonos, Halkidiki, Santorini, Crete, Athens, and many more destinations. More regions are added regularly.

Can I cancel or modify a booking?

Cancellation and modification policies vary by property. Each listing shows its cancellation policy clearly before you confirm.

How do I contact support?

Visit our Support page or use the Contact form. Our team is available 7 days a week.

Are the listings verified?

Yes — all properties and services go through a verification process before being listed on the platform.

Booking & Reservations

How do I make a booking request?

Find a property or service you like, click "Guest Request", fill in your dates and details, and the host will confirm availability within 24h.

Is my booking confirmed immediately?

Most properties use a "request to book" model. The host reviews your request and confirms within 24–48h. Instant Book properties confirm automatically.

Can I book for groups?

Yes — many properties accommodate groups. Use the Group Deals section for special rates on groups of 6 or more.

What happens after I send a request?

You receive a confirmation email. A ClickyTour agent may follow up to assist with your booking. The host is notified and will respond.

Payments & Pricing

Is it free to use as a guest?

Yes — browsing, requesting, and getting matched is completely free for guests. You only pay when you confirm a booking.

What payment methods are accepted?

Bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal are accepted. Some hosts accept crypto. Payment details are confirmed at booking.

Are the prices shown per night or per stay?

Prices are shown per night unless stated otherwise. Total price including cleaning fees and taxes is shown at checkout.

Is a deposit required?

Most bookings require a deposit (20–30%) to confirm, with the balance due closer to arrival. Full details shown before you confirm.

Cancellations & Changes

Can I cancel or modify a booking?

Cancellation and modification policies vary by property. Each listing clearly shows its policy. Contact us immediately if you need to change dates.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds depend on the property's cancellation policy (flexible, moderate, or strict). Full details are shown before confirming your booking.

What if the host cancels?

In the rare event a host cancels, we will find you an equivalent or better property, or issue a full refund immediately.

Properties & Services

Are the listings verified?

Yes — all properties and services go through a verification process before listing. Photos are checked and owners are ID-verified.

What destinations do you cover?

We cover all major Greek destinations — Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, Halkidiki, Athens, Corfu, Rhodes, and many more.

Can I request a property not listed?

Yes — use the Vacation Assistance form to describe what you need. Our agents will find unlisted options matching your criteria.

Are activities and tours included in stays?

Activities are separate bookings. Browse our Tours & Activities section or request a full itinerary through Personalized Planning.

Visit our Help Center or use the Contact form. Our team is available 7 days a week via email, WhatsApp, and phone.

Is there a guest app?

A dedicated guest app is in development. Currently, all bookings and communications are managed through the web platform.

What if I have an issue during my stay?

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or the Help Center. We have local contacts in all major destinations to assist you 24/7.
